Questions
What counts as a post?
One post you keep: the designed image plus captions for each channel. Posts you pass on don't count, so swipe freely. Remove a kept post and it goes back to your month.
Are posts shared between my businesses?
No. Every business gets its own posts each month. Pro includes 60 posts for each of up to 3 businesses, and Agency plans give 60 posts for each client.
Can I add another business without a second plan?
Yes. On Starter you can add up to 2 more businesses for $15 a month each, and on Pro up to 7 more for $12 a month each. Every extra business gets the same monthly posts as your plan, and you can cancel an add-on any time.
Can I try a paid plan before paying?
Yes. Pick Starter or Pro and you'll see your first 5 posts free. Pay only when you want the rest of your month.
Do unused posts roll over?
No. Your posts refresh on the first of each month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for.
Is anything posted without me?
Never. Every post waits for your approval before it goes anywhere.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
